Driver Killed in Head-On Collision

A head-on auto accident resulted in the death of a driver in Bexar County, Texas. The accident happened on Monday evening when 21-year-old Sergio Cardena Medrano was operating a vehicle along Blanco Road southbound. Witnesses stated that Medrano was driving erratically, speeding and swerving. Medrano’s vehicle collided head-on with an SUV containing three women, a teenager, and a child. The impact resulted in the death of Medrano, and all five occupants of the SUV were injured. Two of the women were airlifted to the hospital for critical injuries, and the other three passengers were transported by ambulance.
